Overview

The working principle of the belt scale weighing sensor is that the steel base of the scale frame supports two electronically balanced force sensors. According to the parallelogram principle, the force sensor only senses the vertical force of the weight transmitted through the weighing roller, and has no response to the friction force, lateral force, or eccentric load of the roller. During the operation with load, the vertical force of the actual belt load is detected by the force sensor, providing a weight signal.
