Overview

Customized through wall conduit, also known as through wall conduit, waterproof conduit, wall embedded conduit, waterproof conduit is divided into rigid waterproof conduit and flexible waterproof conduit. The AC wall bushings used for conducting electricity are called dry-type capacitive AC wall bushings and porcelain insulated AC wall bushings, abbreviated as silicone rubber bushings and porcelain bushings, respectively.

1Customized through wall conduitApplication principle:

(1) High voltage through wall conduit is suitable for the insulation and support of conductive parts passing through walls or other grounding objects in the distribution equipment and high-voltage electrical appliances of power plants and substations with AC voltage of 35kV and below. The casing is suitable for an ambient temperature of -40~+40 ℃, and is not suitable for use under conditions that are sufficient to reduce the performance of the casing, as well as in the case of condensation on the indoor surface of the casing.
(2) When the ambient temperature of the casing is above+40 ℃ but not exceeding+60 ℃, it is recommended that the working current of the casing be reduced by 1.8% of the rated current load for every 1 ℃ increase in ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature of the casing is below -40 ℃ and it meets the maximum allowable heating temperature specified in Article 5.1 of GB12944.1, its working current is allowed to be overloaded for a long time. It is recommended to increase the rated current load by 0.5% for every 1 ℃ decrease in ambient temperature, but the increase should not exceed 20% of the rated current.


IICustomized through wall conduitMain summary:

The casing can be divided into five types according to the usage location: indoor ordinary type, outdoor indoor ordinary type, outdoor indoor anti pollution type, outdoor indoor high prototype, and outdoor indoor high-altitude anti pollution type.

Indoor ordinary type is generally suitable for installation in indoor areas with an altitude not exceeding 1000m.

Outdoor and indoor ordinary type is generally suitable for installation in areas with an altitude not exceeding 1000m, but the installation location should be in an area without obvious pollution.

Outdoor indoor pollution resistant type is suitable for installation locations with an altitude not exceeding 1000m. For severe and extremely polluted areas, 35kV conduit can be used, and 63kV oil paper capacitive wall conduit can be selected.

The outdoor and indoor high-altitude prototype is suitable for installation in areas below an altitude of 3000m.

Outdoor and indoor high-altitude pollution resistant type is suitable for installation in polluted areas below an altitude of 3000m.

The casing can be divided into three types based on the conductor material used: aluminum conductor, copper conductor, and busbar type without conductor.
