1. Flexible scheme configuration
The JP type low-voltage comprehensive distribution cabinet has three basic functions: metering, distribution, and reactive power compensation. Flexible configuration can be made according to needs. The reactive power compensator adopts domestic and foreign product series, such as Schneider NR6, NR12 series, ABB's RVT-6, RVT-12, RVC-6, RVC-8, RVC-12 series, EPCOS' BR6000 series, and domestic Shanghai Ankerui's ARC-6/J (R), ARC-8/J (R), ARC-10/J (R), ARC-12/J (R); Suzhou Radio Sixth Factory PDKII reactive power compensation comprehensive measurement and control instrument, JKL21AIII, JKL21II, JKG-6, JKG-8, JKG-10, etc.
Domestic Chint is selected for voltage and current transformers.
3. The entire cabinet structure is assembled with stainless steel 304, with a thickness of 1.5mm. The distribution box can withstand rain, dust, theft, leakage, lightning strikes, and electromagnetic interference, and has sufficient strength to ensure that it will not deform during transportation and installation.
4. Fully functional. It has two switching operation modes: manual and automatic. Complete protection functions: overvoltage, overload, undervoltage, undercurrent, short circuit, phase loss, zero sequence over limit and other functions.
5. Quick response, good compensation effect, and reliable operation.
6. The grounding protection is intact. The lower part of the cabinet is equipped with a main grounding screw and marked with a grounding symbol. The door is connected to the cabinet with a yellow green dual color wire, and the entire low-voltage switchgear forms a complete grounding protection circuit.

2. Structural characteristics
1. The box body of the distribution box is made of 2.0mm 304 stainless steel plate, with a roof similar to a house with eaves to prevent rainwater from staying on the top of the box. There are ventilation windows on both sides, which are equipped with wire mesh to dissipate heat and prevent small animals from entering the box body. The protection level of the box body is not lower than IP44.
2. The components of the distribution box are: incoming metering unit, control unit, outgoing unit, and reactive power compensation unit. The front and rear parts are separated by a partition to form several independent working rooms, which can prevent the expansion of faults; The incoming and outgoing lines can be wired from the side or bottom.
3. The distribution box is designed according to the three-phase five wire system, with separate grounding and neutral wires. The box has a reliable grounding device, and the distribution box adopts a protective circuit to achieve leakage protection. The protective circuit consists of separate protective conductors and conductive structural components. All metal casings of electrical components and metal hand operated mechanisms are connected to grounded galvanized metal components using metal screws and wires
