L Purpose
The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is used in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated operating voltage of 400V (690V), and a rated current of 4000A or below, as a power distribution and motor centralized control, and capacitor compensation. Applied to power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, high-rise buildings and other places, it can also be used in large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high automation and computer interface requirements.

This product complies with the requirements of GB7251.1-1997 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment" and JB/T9661-1999 "Low voltage withdrawable switchgear"
Structural features:
1. The frame adopts 8MF open steel, and the main frame is equipped with installation holes of E=20mm and 100mm with a diameter of 9.2mm, making the frame assembly flexible and convenient.
2. The various functional rooms of the switchgear are isolated from each other, and their compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms. The functions of each room are relatively independent.
3. The horizontal busbar adopts a cabinet mounted flat arrangement to enhance its ability to resist electric forces, which is a basic measure to make the main circuit have high short-circuit strength.
4. The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit both up and down.
5. The modulus of drawer height is 160mm. The drawer only changes in height dimension, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability. The rated current of the unit circuit is 400A or below.
6. The drawer panel has clear markings for opening, closing, testing, and withdrawing positions. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device. The drawer unit is the main body, with both pull-out and fixed functions, and can be mixed and combined for any use.

2、 Structural description
The basic structure of GCS cabinet is assembled from KS profiles (KB profiles can also be used), and each functional room is isolated from each other. The isolation rooms are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms, and the functions of each room are relatively independent. The vertical channel and primary and secondary connectors have been changed to the form of GCK cabinets. The horizontal busbar is placed on the top of the cabinet, and the top cover can be opened. Both rear and side outgoing lines can be used. While maintaining the original work performance and appearance, it achieves convenient installation, testing, and maintenance while reducing production. The cabinet protection level is IP3X-4X.

When the modulus of the GCS drawer height is 80mm, it is divided into modular unit size series such as 160/2, 160, 240, 320, 400, 480, and the drawer installation unit height is 1760mm. When the modulus of the drawer height is 200mm, it is divided into modular unit size series such as 200/2, 200, 400, 600, and the drawer installation unit height is 1800mm.
