Toshiba VFAS3-4022PC-F inverter from JapanVF-AS3 adopts permanent magnet motor drive technology as a standard feature of the frequency converter. VF-AS3 can be used to control induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors with and without feedback sensors to ensure that the motors meet the needs of various applications.

VF-AS3 can be used to drive both embedded permanent magnet motors (IPM) and surface permanent magnet motors (SPM).

VF-AS3 has point-to-point, pulse input, and directional sensor/sensorless position control functions, suitable for applications such as machining machinery that require high-precision control.

Achieve excellent flexibility through 'MyFunction' (logical functionality)

The "MyFunction" has added programming capability for the input/output signals of the frequency converter, which does not require the use of any external relays or programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This feature can effectively reduce the space and cost required by the system.

MvFunction "has a relay sequence function that combines logical operation functions. The relay sequence function allows the frequency converter to automatically run 52 steps (4 steps * 7 units+24 steps) without a programmable logic controller. Due to its ability to directly use internal data and signals, this feature has a faster processing speed than control devices with programmable logic controllers.

Multi pump control - can control up to 10 water pumps

Toshiba VFAS3-4022PC-F inverter from JapanVF-AS3 can drive motors for multiple water pumps (up to 10 pumps can be controlled), and can achieve the goal of saving overall power of the water pump system and significantly reducing costs by appropriately controlling a single water pump.

Each water pump can be connected to a commercial power source by using a relay output signal from a frequency converter to control an electromagnetic contactor.

This frequency converter has three relay output terminals. In addition, two input/output expansion boards can be inserted into the frequency converter. Due to each input/output expansion board having 3 relay output terminals, a maximum of 9 relay output terminals are available for use.
