SURTRONIC S116 roughness tester

The SURTRONIC S116 has the following improvements compared to the SURTRONIC 25:

1. The battery has been changed from alkaline 9V to lithium rechargeable battery;

2. The display screen is a touch screen;

3. Can display test graphics;

4. SURTRONIC 25 can only test 10 parameters, while S116 can measure 12, 11, and 14 parameters under different standards (see technical parameters);

5. Previously, SURTRONIC 25 used potentiometers to calibrate test results, but now it has been changed to automatic software calibration. Easy to use;

6. The results (data and graphics) displayed on the screen can be rotated, making it easy to observe the test results from four directions;

7. The bottom of the instrument is V-shaped, making it convenient and reliable to test shaft components;

8. The test data storage has added the function of storing graphics;

9. It can be directly stored using a USB flash drive. A 4G capacity USB flash drive can store 39000 graphics and 70 batches of data, with each batch containing 100000 test data.
