2、 Rittal Temperature Controller Product Introduction:

The applicable voltage range is large, which means that only one model can be used for 24V to 230V.

Time saving connection technology, that is, the connection terminal board can be connected from the outside with screws.

It can be flexibly installed on 35mm vertical or horizontal support rails that comply with EN50 022, or it can be mounted on the profiles of TS/ES cabinets using the accompanying adapter card.

Due to different coefficients of thermal expansion, the degree of thermal expansion and contraction on both sides of bimetallic sheets varies with temperature changes, resulting in changes in their bending degree at different temperatures.

When the temperature exceeds the expansion temperature of the bimetallic strip, the contact position of the bimetallic strip deforms and disconnects, causing the circuit to break.

When the temperature is lower than the expansion temperature of the bimetallic strip, the contact position of the bimetallic strip returns to its original shape and closes, and the circuit is closed.

Temperature controllers are divided into two types: normally open and normally closed

Normally closed: After setting the temperature, the thermostat is in a normally closed state. When the actual ambient temperature drops to or approaches the set temperature, the load heating will be activated. Usually, the thermostat is in a normally closed state. When the actual ambient temperature is higher than the set temperature, the load is always in a shutdown state.

Instructions:

-In large cabinets, multiple low-power heating devices are installed to achieve uniform heat distribution.

-It is usually recommended to install heating devices to prevent condensation.
