Working principle of HAWE multi way valve: 1. There is air inside the hydraulic pump. This problem usually occurs when installing a new pump. When starting a new pump, oil should be added to the pump first to smooth the bearings, plungers, and cylinder body of the pump. Solution: Open the oil filling port of the hydraulic pump when the pump is working, so that the air inside the pump can be discharged from the oil filling port. 2. The oil level in the fuel tank is too low, and the blockage of the suction pipe increases the suction resistance of the pump, causing the pump to suck air or there to be air leakage in the inlet pipe section, and the pump has sucked in air. Solution: Add enough oil according to the rules; Clean the filter and unclog the intake pipe; Check and tighten the connecting screws of the oil inlet pipe section. 3. The hydraulic pump and motor device are not suitable, which means that the concentricity between the pump shaft and the motor shaft is not consistent, causing the hydraulic pump shaft to receive radial force and produce noise. Solution: Check and adjust the concentricity of the hydraulic pump and motor device. 4. The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too high, which reduces the self-priming of the pump and lowers the volumetric power.
