The ATOS gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, and shaft end seals (with special requirements, magnetic drive and zero leakage structure can be selected). Gears have high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and are installed together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved through the use of the output medium during pump operation. The Italian ATOS gear pump has well-designed oil discharge and return grooves, which reduce the torque force that the gears bear during operation, resulting in low bearing load, minimal wear, and high pump efficiency.

Characteristics and advantages of gear pump motor:

1. Compact structure, small volume, and light weight

Composed of aluminum alloy made front cover, intermediate body, back cover, alloy steel made gears, and aluminum alloy made pressure plates, the front and back covers are each equipped with two DU bearings. DU material is the ideal bearing material for gear pumps, which can greatly improve the service life of gear pumps.

2. Reliable work

The pressure plate is the main component for compensating radial and axial pressure, which can reduce bearing load and automatically adjust the axial clearance of the gear pump, thereby effectively improving the performance indicators and operational reliability of the gear pump; GM5 and GPC4 series gear motors can be provided in four structural types: single rotation without front bearings, double rotation without front bearings, single rotation with front bearings, and double rotation with front bearings. Among them, gear motors with front bearings can withstand radial and axial forces.

3. High speed, high pressure

The high speed is 3000-4000 revolutions per minute, and the theoretical torque is 17N. m (Newton meters)~64N. m, which can reach 20-25MPa.
