III Installation method:

The sensor push rod is pressed against the top surface of the brake bolt, and the front and rear positions are adjusted. When in the closed state, the mechanical stroke L is about 5mm; (Alternatively, connect as shown in Figure 1 to achieve a sensor output of approximately 12mA, or connect as shown in Figure 2 to achieve an output of 3V). Then fix the sensor with the fastening nut. When connecting the displacement sensor three core aviation socket to the three core aviation plug on the connecting cable, the plug notch must be aligned with the socket sub port before insertion.

4 Precautions

1. All supplied products come with product qualification certificates and user manuals, which include product numbers, technical parameters, wiring diagrams, manufacturing dates, etc. Please carefully check to avoid using them incorrectly.

2. When wiring, strictly follow the instructions for use.

When measuring displacement, it should be used as much as possible in the middle section of the electrical stroke.

4. The sensor can work after being powered on, but the output stabilizes after preheating for 30 minutes. This product is a precision equipment, and it is prohibited to disassemble, collide, or stab it with sharp tools at will.

If any abnormalities are found during use, the power should be turned off, the use should be stopped, and inspection should be carried out, or contact our company directly.

6. The quality assurance period is 12 months.
