TruCheck is an ideal tool for testing torque tools on production lines in the fields of electronics, automotive, and engineering. Its accuracy can reach+/-1% of the reading value. The TruCheck product, which is easy to operate, has the following functions:
0.1-3N. m supports vertical tool output for simple inspection of screwdrivers.
1-10 N.m supports vertical tool output for simple inspection of screwdrivers.
1-25 N.m supports horizontal tool output. 1/4 "and 3/8" adapters can be used. This tester can also be used for testing small torque wrenches.
The TruCheck Plus model has the same functionality, but offers three operating modes for metric and imperial measurements: Track, Peak, and First Peak. The "Plus" model also has a user selected "restriction" function and uses an RS232 data serial cable to complete data output.
Using an aluminum casing, the new TruCheck uses two M6 bolts to complete the workstation suspension.

High torque fixed fixture
This set of high torque fixing fixtures includes buffer accessories, chassis, reaction arm, drive head adapter, and a reaction adapter. 2. Reaction force arm working on the sensor:
On the sensor, the reaction arm and wrench of the PTME tool shown in the figure are an integral and non removable unit. When using this sensor, ordinary PT and PTM tools need to remove the reaction force arm, insert the key strip on the nose end of the tool into the sensor, and use its baffle as the reaction plate for operation.
