Western aid to Xinjiang, LGJ-S100 vacuum freeze dryer rooted in the northwest!

At the end of 2023, Beijing Sihuan Qihang Technology Co., Ltd. completed the installation of the LGJ-S100 standard vacuum freeze dryer at the Science and Technology Assistance Command Center of the Western Agricultural Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Xinjiang! After the installation was completed by our professional engineers, we provided training and maintenance instructions to the operators of the unit, and improved the equipment files for the company's retention, facilitating after-sales service tracking and regular on-site maintenance.

The LGJ-S100 vacuum freeze dryer is a Beijing Sihuan Qihang S series vacuum freeze dryer. The equipment's structural design complies with biopharmaceutical standards, and the control system adopts a PLC programmable logic control system and a 10 inch color touch screen. The system runs more stably and reliably, with friendly human-computer interaction and language conversion between Chinese and English. It can achieve remote control on mobile and PC ends, has three-level permissions, and can switch between semi-automatic control mode and fully automatic control mode at any time.

Real time display and recording of vacuum degree, cold trap temperature, sample temperature, shelf temperature, and formation of freeze-drying curve, with data stored once per minute, and continuous recording of sample and equipment condition data. Configure USB communication interface and TCP interface to support offline browsing, analysis, printing, and storage of data.

The design of separating the freeze-drying chamber from the cold trap chamber has achieved the standard of pharmaceutical grade pilot equipment, while avoiding the adverse effects of uneven gas temperature in the freeze-drying chamber caused by the same chamber design. The material shelf of the freeze-drying compartment adopts intermediate medium circulation technology to achieve temperature control of the shelf, uniform and controllable temperature of the board layer, smooth board layer, and good heat and cold conduction, which can ensure the freeze-drying effect.

Adopting a fully enclosed compressor unit and international standard green and environmentally friendly cold coal, dual machine cascade refrigeration, rapid refrigeration, low cold trap temperature, strong water capture ability, and also equipped with secondary start-up timing protection and pressure overload protection system, with higher safety performance.

Equipped with cold trap automation frost function to improve usage efficiency.
