When the measured medium acts on the spring tube, its tube end undergoes corresponding elastic deformation displacement. After amplification by the transmission structure, the measured pressure is indicated on the dial by the indicator device.

The ammonia pressure gauge is a type of instrument that can explode when in contact with copper and copper alloys.
