The double bellows differential pressure gauge is mainly composed of a housing, a torque tube, a bellows, and a range spring. It has a central base, with two bellows B1 and B2 installed on both sides of the base. The bellows have rigid end caps at both ends and are rigidly connected by a connecting shaft 5 to form a whole. High pressure and low pressure measuring chambers are formed between the outer side of the two corrugated tubes and the outer shell, respectively. In order to compensate for the errors caused by temperature changes, a temperature compensation bellows B3 is connected to the bellows B1 on the high-pressure side. The inner cavity of the base is connected to the bellows B1, B2, and B3 and filled with working filling liquid (such as 50% distilled water and 50% ethylene glycol), which is sealed for a long time. B1 and B2 are interconnected through the annular gap and damping bypass between the damping ring and the central base. In the low-pressure chamber, a range spring is installed between the central base and the free end of B2, and a baffle is installed in the middle of the connection. The left side of the baffle is tightly attached to a micro ball bearing installed at the lower end of the swing rod. The upper end of the swing rod is fixed on the torque tube, and the spindle of the torque tube is connected to the instrument pointer system, driving the pointer to rotate.
