Polyacrylamide Manufacturer in China | Shouxin Advanced Polymer Sciences Co., Ltd.
Shouxin Advanced Polymer Sciences Co., Ltd. is a leading polyacrylamide (PAM) brand and global supplier based in China. From April 23rd to 25th, the China Perovskite and Stacked Solar Cell (Northwest China) Industrialization Forum was successfully held in Xi'an, providing an open and innovative academic exchange platform for practitioners in the field of perovskite and stacked solar cells. As a professional manufacturer of solar simulators, De Laser Technology showcased its latest high-precision testing solution for perovskite/stacked cells at the conference and released a technical report titled "Exploration of I-V Testing for Steady State Solar Simulators", which received widespread attention from attendees.

Deresheke has been deeply involved in the field of solar simulation detection equipment for many years and has a profound technical accumulation. Its testing solution has been widely applied in multiple photovoltaic enterprises and research institutes at home and abroad, providing important technical and equipment support for the research and industrialization of new generation photovoltaic technologies such as perovskite cells.
Currently, the global photovoltaic industry is accelerating its evolution towards high efficiency and large-scale production. TOPCon、HJT、 The continuous breakthroughs in technology routes such as perovskite stacking have pushed the efficiency of components towards the 30% mark. At the same time, China's photovoltaic production capacity continues to expand, with module production expected to exceed 1000GW by 2025. Capacity competition is forcing companies to demand higher accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of testing equipment.
Traditional solar simulators are limited by small irradiation areas and insufficient spectral matching, making it difficult to meet the high sensitivity testing requirements of large-sized components and perovskite cells for UV visible spectra. In response to the pain points in this industry, Deresheko has launched a large surface xenon lamp steady-state solar simulator with years of technological accumulation. With advantages such as precise spectra, high efficiency and flexibility, and strong scalability, it has become a key support for the research and mass production of crystalline silicon, perovskite and stacked solar cells.

The steady-state solar simulator of the German Laser Science and Technology University's xenon lamp integrates core modules such as light source control, power control, testing system, and constant temperature system. It is equipped with an infrared temperature probe and reference battery, and achieves intelligent operation through computer and display. The equipment covers the IV testing requirements of crystalline silicon, perovskite, and stacked solar cells and components, helping photovoltaic enterprises efficiently complete accurate testing.
In response to the trend of large-scale photovoltaic modules, the equipment supports two standard test areas of 1200 × 600mm and 2600 × 1400mm, and can customize other sizes to ensure uniform irradiation of the entire area of perovskite stacked cells and ultra large modules.
In terms of spectral accuracy, the equipment adopts a xenon lamp steady-state light source, with a spectral range covering 300-1200nm and a spectral matching degree of A+level (0.875-1.125), strictly complying with industry standards. The irradiance range is continuously adjustable from 200W/㎡ to 1200W/㎡, with irradiance non-uniformity ≤ 1% (A+level) and instability ≤ 1% (A+level). It supports steady-state testing mode (1 second to continuous illumination free setting).
In terms of testing efficiency, the equipment supports 36 channels for simultaneous testing through multi-channel design (the number of channels can be customized), comes standard with I-V and V-I scanning methods, integrates multiple testing technologies such as MPPT (maximum power point tracking) and I-t (constant voltage), and supports one click software switching; Real time acquisition of key parameters such as I-V curve, P-V curve, short-circuit current, open circuit voltage, peak power, fill factor, conversion efficiency, etc., and support for series resistance and parallel resistance analysis. At the same time, the equipment adopts a customized air cooling system to ensure long-term stable operation, with a light source lifespan of over 1000 hours.
To meet the needs of in-depth research and development, the equipment supports the expansion of integrated temperature control systems, EL electroluminescence defect detection, and IR infrared hot spot analysis modules, achieving multi-dimensional testing of IV/EL/IR at the same workstation, significantly reducing equipment investment costs.
From material research in the laboratory to mass production control on the production line, the German Laser Science and Technology University's radiation xenon lamp steady-state solar simulator provides full process testing support for photovoltaic enterprises with accurate, efficient, and reliable testing performance. At present, as the photovoltaic industry enters the "Taiwa era" and the "deep water zone of technology", De Laser Technology is providing advanced solutions of "Made in China" for global photovoltaic enterprises with innovative power.
