The 2025 Food Safety Rapid Detection Technology Seminar was successfully held in Guangzhou

On September 20th, the "2025 Food Safety Rapid Detection Technology Seminar" was successfully held in Guangzhou, hosted by the Food Safety Industry Education Integration Community and jointly organized by Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade and Guangzhou Yucai Technology Co., Ltd.

The conference brought together nearly 50 teachers, students, and representatives from universities and enterprises across the country. In the thematic presentation section, Li Xin, the Minister of Academic Affairs of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade, gave a special report on the project-based teaching design and implementation of the core course of food safety rapid inspection technology, sharing innovative concepts and practical experience in course construction. Fu Jiguo, Vice Dean of the School of Food Science, elaborated on the new model and path of talent cultivation from the perspective of 'integration of certification and competition' in the innovative practice of cultivating agricultural product and food inspection talents.

Enterprise representatives also shared cutting-edge industry trends from a technological application perspective. Wang Yingying, R&D Director of Guangdong Dayuan Oasis Food Safety Technology Co., Ltd., analyzed the industry's development trends and technological challenges with the topic of "Regulatory Application and Development Trends of Food Safety Rapid Inspection Technology". Chen Guangwei, a technical engineer at Guangzhou Yucai Technology Co., Ltd., introduced the application and related practical operations of rapid detection technology in aquatic products, grains, poultry meat, etc., as well as the practical application of rapid detection technology in fruit and vegetable, illegal additive, and microbial detection. Liang Ke, the R&D Director of Guangdong Dayuan Oasis, provided a detailed explanation of the R&D and production process, as well as the key operational points of immunochromatography technology.
