Therefore, in the past three years, the waterdrop angle measuring instrument has actually completed the stage of simple and low-cost digital protractors. In order to enhance the development of chips and wafers, as well as LCD and OLED screens in China, Shanghai Solon invented the Asha algorithm. Based on the fundamental principles of interface chemistry, gravity, surface tension, and contact angle are comprehensively analyzed to obtain the final water droplet angle value. This has made it possible for water droplet angle measuring instruments to achieve the improvement from pseudo contact angle measuring instruments to real water droplet angle measuring instruments, and ultimately solved the problems that have existed in water droplet angle measuring instruments

Automatically analyze the left and right angle changes in the same droplet, which can quickly determine whether there may be multiple materials present at the sample measurement point (if so, low droplet volume may need to be adjusted) and whether there is poor cleaning effect (a deviation of 5 degrees in angle value can be considered as poor material cleaning effect)
3. By spraying droplets with a diameter of 15um, the measurement of droplet angles at small positions can be achieved to improve analysis efficiency.
