On June 26, 2014, Sichuan Xuxin CJR4/5 methane and carbon dioxide analyzer obtained the "Mining Product Safety Mark Certificate" issued by the "National Mining Product Safety Mark Center". On May 20, 2014, Sichuan Xuxin CJR4/5 methane and carbon dioxide analyzer obtained the "Explosion proof Certificate" issued by the "National Safety Production Chongqing Mining Equipment Testing and Inspection Center". On May 9, 2014, Sichuan Xuxin CJR4/5 methane and carbon dioxide analyzer obtained the "Inspection Report" issued by the "National Safety Production Chongqing Mining Equipment Testing and Inspection Center". Further improving the certification qualifications of Sichuan Xuxin's mining products has laid a solid foundation for the company's full range of mining products to enter the coal mining field.

Mainly used to protect personnel's life safety, detect methane and carbon dioxide data exposed to the environment. The methane part adopts catalytic combustion sensors (commonly known as black and white parts), and the carbon dioxide part adopts imported infrared sensors, which are sensitive, accurate and reliable in response. The instrument adopts a sturdy engineering plastic shell and a good protective design, which can be used in explosive environments such as those with gas and dust. The instrument is compact and lightweight. Equipped with a high sealing performance button type electronic film switch, the ultra-high brightness LED digital tube is still clearly visible in the dark underground, and can read gas concentration, time, electricity and other data. When the concentration of methane or carbon dioxide exceeds *, it can automatically emit sound and light alarms to remind users.
This instrument has reliable performance, reasonable structure, and easy use, and is suitable for situations with gas explosions and coal and gas outbursts. Suitable for use in mine rescue, coal mining working faces, return air tunnels, etc.
Explosion proof form of the instrument: mining intrinsic safety and explosion-proof type, with the explosion-proof mark of ExdibI Mb.
In coal mines with explosive methane hazards:
a) Temperature: 0 ℃~40 ℃;
b) Relative humidity: ≤ 98%;
c) Atmospheric pressure: 80kPa to 116kPa;
d) Wind speed: ≤ 8m/s;
e) The storage temperature ranges from -40 ℃ to+60 ℃;
f) In hazardous areas with explosive gas mixtures
