Shanghai Lanju participates in the air quality evaluation of the green assembly office of Tongji University's Architectural Research Institute

Recently, the Indoor Air Quality Evaluation Center of the Shanghai Indoor Environment Purification Industry Association launched a new project evaluation: the office space project of the Green Prefabricated Building Technology R&D Center of the Engineering Technology Research Institute of Tongji University Architectural Design and Research Institute was awarded the "Excellent · Superior" rating for indoor air quality evaluation on December 16, 2020. Becoming the first project to pass the evaluation after the upgrade and revision of the online monitoring and evaluation conditions added by the Indoor Air Quality Evaluation Center. Shanghai Blue Residence, as an indoor air quality evaluation unit, participated in this evaluation work.

The Green Prefabricated Building Technology Research and Development Center, which is a voluntary application site for evaluation, is located in the new building of Tongji University Architectural Design and Research Institute, which was transformed from a large three-dimensional bus parking lot in Shanghai. After the transformation of the smart and healthy office environment, the nearly 400 square meter office space has gathered a multi split VRV+fresh air system, and added indoor air quality monitoring system and purifier, fully reflecting the concept of creating a people-oriented, efficient, energy-saving, and independently adjustable smart and healthy office space. With the joint efforts of the person in charge of the R&D center renovation and the evaluation center team, we have obtained the "Zhuo · Yue Level" evaluation rating. In the future, we will continue to improve the indoor air quality of the office space to meet the requirements for the project to pass the evaluation review smoothly in two years.

The new version of indoor air quality assessment work is an upgraded version based on the original "indoor air quality standard" work. And innovate to increase online monitoring, on-site investigation, and environmental assessment of places. Shanghai Lanju participated in the on-site evaluation process, working with numerous environmental experts to identify potential sources of pollution for the project, provide on-site evaluation opinions and survey reports. In addition, a comprehensive solution for improving indoor air quality was carefully formulated based on the site's own situation and actual functional types to ensure that the indoor air quality of the project is maintained within the technical requirements specified in the group standard T/SICCA 004-2020 "Indoor Air Quality Evaluation Criteria", and to benefit the audience with health and safety benefits.

The Indoor Air Quality Evaluation Center of the Shanghai Indoor Environment Purification Industry Association always adheres to the objective, fair, and scientific evaluation principles. It is an industry platform that has carried out indoor air quality evaluation work throughout the country. Since the establishment of the evaluation work, the Evaluation Center has been guiding member units and IAQ field enterprises to lead the indoor air quality evaluation concept. By comparing foreign certification systems and Hong Kong's indoor air quality management situation, a set of new ideas and methods that are in line with national conditions and effectively improve indoor air quality have been summarized. As a member unit of the Shanghai Indoor Environment Purification Association and an organizing unit for indoor air quality evaluation, Shanghai Lanju actively participates in the association's related activities, explores and promotes the healthy development of the industry together with the association, and is committed to building higher indoor air quality and addressing the gap in indoor air quality evaluation.
