Regarding our company's emergency response plan for the epidemic

Thirteen measures and suggestions for enterprises to cope with the epidemic:

1. Establish emergency plans, reserve emergency supplies, implement emergency duty, and ensure smooth communication with higher-level departments (enterprises), business supervisory departments, health departments, etc;

2. Employees are required to report their destinations during the Spring Festival holiday and be granted at least 14 days (calculated from the date of return) of paid leave and/or compensatory time off for self isolation observation for those who have returned or stopped from the epidemic area;

3. Strictly implement the employee health management and reporting system, monitor the employee's temperature daily, and if there is a fever, handle it according to Article 2 and urge them to seek medical attention immediately. At the same time, record and observe their close contacts;

4. Strictly control personnel entry and exit, strengthen security, strictly control and register external personnel, set up checkpoints at entrances and exits to check body temperature and observe for symptoms such as coughing;

5. Organize specialized training on epidemic prevention and control measures, and distribute prevention and control equipment (such as masks, disinfectants, etc.) to employees and specific positions to increase the coverage and frequency of disinfection;

6. Install cleaning and disinfection facilities, reserve disinfectants, increase reserves of emergency drugs, medical equipment, etc., and ensure the nutrition and hygiene of canteen meals;

7. Strengthen attention to pregnancy, lactation, approaching retirement age, and rehired employees, and if necessary, refer to Article 2 to provide holidays or compensatory time off. Pay attention to the health status, preventive measures, and equipment of retired employees;

8. Scientifically allocate vehicles, increase bus routes and coverage, encourage self driving (with colleagues) to and from work, and reduce employees' exposure to public transportation environments;

9. Suspend approval for business trips to epidemic areas, suspend the return of employees stationed in epidemic areas, refuse visits from epidemic area customers and suppliers, and use video and telephone conferences for all types of meetings;

10. Utilize enterprise resources and find ways to purchase scarce prevention and control materials (such as masks, etc.), and distribute them to employees' families;

11. Proactively coordinate and collaborate with the epidemic prevention command department, prepare for emergency provision of materials (products) support to medical institutions and epidemic areas, actively donate funds and materials to epidemic areas and medical institutions, and organize fundraising.
