1. The outer shell of the vacuum box must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.

3. The vacuum chamber has no explosion-proof or anti-corrosion treatment, and items that are prone to natural, explosive, or corrosive gases should not be placed for drying.
4. The vacuum pump cannot work for a long time, so when the vacuum degree reaches the requirement for drying the item, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned off
When the vacuum degree is lower than the requirement for dry items, open the vacuum valve and vacuum pump power again to continue vacuuming, which can extend the service life of the vacuum pump.
5. If dry items are damp, a filter should be added between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent damp gases from entering the vacuum pump and causing it to malfunction.
6. If dried items become lightweight and small in size (in small particles) after drying, a barrier net should be added to the vacuum port in the working room to prevent damage to the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve) caused by the inhalation of dry materials.
7. After multiple uses, the vacuum box may not be able to evacuate. In this case, the door seal should be replaced or the extension distance of the door latch on the box should be adjusted to solve the problem. When the drying temperature of the vacuum box exceeds 200 ℃, slow air leakage may occur. At this time, remove the cover plate behind the box and use an Allen wrench to loosen the heater base, replace the sealing ring or tighten the heater base to solve the problem.
If the rubber plug of the vent valve has difficulty rotating, it can be lubricated with an appropriate amount of grease inside. (such as Vaseline)
9. Except for maintenance, do not open the left box cover to avoid damaging the electrical control system.
10. The vacuum box should be kept clean regularly. The door glass should not be wiped with reactive chemical solutions, but should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth.
11. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, wipe off the exposed plated parts and apply neutral grease to prevent corrosion. Cover them with a plastic film dust cover and place them in a dry room to prevent electrical components from being damaged by moisture and affecting use.

1. This box is non explosion proof, so corrosive and flammable items are prohibited from being placed inside the box for drying to avoid explosion.
2. When using this box, the power supply voltage must be consistent with the rated working voltage of the box to avoid damaging the electronic components inside. Do not disassemble the parts arbitrarily to avoid damaging the electrical circuits inside the box.
3. The ambient temperature for the use of this box shall not exceed 45 ℃.
4. If this box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician familiar with electronic instruments.
