Pipeline sonar delivery training

Our company successfully completed the delivery training of Shenzhen University's pipeline sonar detector in December 2024. Our technical personnel provided training to the customer on the principle, detection range, instrument operation steps, and on-site operation precautions of the instrument; And simulated training was conducted, and each technical personnel who participated in the training carried out practical operations; With the active cooperation of the customer, the delivery training for the pipeline sonar detector was successfully completed.

Pipeline sonar detection system (sonar detector)It consists of four parts: sonar probe, cable reel, main control unit, and pipeline sonar detection imaging analysis software. It uses sonar imaging technology to place the underwater scanning unit (sonar head) underwater inside the pipeline (full or half pipe can be used), and is driven by crawlers or manual dragging (can slide or float) to move inside the pipeline. The host combines pipeline sonar detection imaging analysis software to collect and display high-resolution contour images in real time. By analyzing the contour features, it is possible to determine the sedimentation, condensation or structural defects of the pipe wall inside the pipeline.
