Maintenance and precautions for cement testing instruments:
1. The insulation of the electrical part should be good. Start the trial operation and observe whether the machine head is shaking, whether there is friction between the blades and the pot, and whether there is any abnormal operation. When stirring, it should rotate clockwise automatically and counterclockwise along the circumference of the pot. Wait until everything is normal before starting the normal test.
2. After use, the power should be cut off in a timely manner, and residual mortar on the mixing blades, pots, and machines should be carefully cleaned. A small amount of engine oil should be applied to prevent rust (the mechanical transmission part should be cleaned and maintained once a year). Clean the adhesive sand and dirt on the machine body and workbench, keep them clean and dry, and record the operation of the machine.
3. The gap between the mixing blade and the bottom or wall of the pot, as well as the mixing time, should be self checked every three months of use.
When using a mixing pot, handle it gently and do not collide it randomly to avoid deformation of the mixing pot.
