Lovibond's new product, the high-precision single parameter photometer MD50 series

Lovibond's characteristic products for water quality analysis are single parameter photometers and MD100 measuring instruments, which have a history of more than 20 years and are practical tools for many water quality testing users in various industries. Lovibond will launch a new MD50 series single parameter photometer in 2025, which not only meets the needs of the original MD100 users, but also satisfies the most diverse demands in the field of water treatment.

On the basis of continuing the accuracy and stability of the MD100 series photometer, the MD50 series photometer has optimized the user interface, making operation simpler and more intuitive, and data transmission more convenient.

The MD50 series single parameter photometer has the following optional parameters:

Disinfectants: chlorine, high range chlorine (hypochlorous acid), chlorine dioxide, ozone, monochloramine

Wastewater: total suspended solids, color,COD, phosphate

Industrial water: urea, copper ions, molybdate salts

Lovibond MD 50 series adopts AquaLX®Wireless transmission of data from the application to the mobile phone

You can download the AquaLX application for free on Lovibond®Open AquaLX, the data recorded by MD50 can be easily transferred to smartphones through NFC, and supports exporting data to Excel compatible®The CSV file.

Using a USB-C data cable to connect a computer to the MD50, stored data can be quickly and securely imported into Lovibond®Data Expert software. In order to fully utilize the potential of MD50 and MD150 photometers, Lovibond®The Data Expert software provides a platform for creating user-defined methods and effortlessly updating firmware and methods. By exporting the data as a CSV file, further analysis of the results can be conducted. This software can be obtained for free in the "Download" section of the MD50 and MD150 photometers.
