Product Overview:

Adopting the water freezing and thawing method, the frost resistance and thawing test of concrete specimens with a size of 100 * 100 * 400 that meet the appearance requirements can be conducted. Nine sets of specimens (28 including one central specimen) can be placed at a time. During the experiment, the test piece is placed in a test rubber cylinder, which is filled with water. The rubber cylinder is then placed in a test piece box containing antifreeze, and the unit's cooling or heating of the antifreeze is used to freeze or melt the test piece in the rubber cylinder, thus completing the freeze-thaw test.

The device operates fully automatically throughout the entire process, without the need for human intervention. When the test is completed to the set (default of 50 times), it will automatically stop and emit a prompt sound to indicate the completion of the test. If the test needs to continue, it can accumulate the set number of times and then continue running.

Experimental parameters:

The freeze-thaw cycle period is 2.5-4 hours, and the melting time is not less than 1/4 of the freeze-thaw cycle. At the end of freezing, the center temperature of the specimen melts at -18 ± 2 ℃, and at the end of melting, the center temperature of the specimen melts at 5 ± 2 ℃. The cooling time is 1.5-2.5 hours, and the heating time is 1.0-1.5 hours. The temperature difference between the center and surface of the specimen is less than 28 ℃, and the standard number of cycles is more than 300.
