instrumentb2bHydrogenation reactor body and scope of use
Sales of hydrogenation reaction kettleAdopting a horseshoe shaped magnetic stirrer with a static seal, no leakage, high temperature resistance, high pressure, high vacuum, high stirring speed, smooth operation, low noise, wide applicability, simple use, and easy operation, it is an ideal equipment for various stirring reactions in the laboratory.
The hydrogenation reactor is suitable for stirring reactions of low viscosity liquid, gas and other media under different reaction conditions, and is not suitable for stirring reactions of high viscosity, solid materials or media that produce crystals. Mainly used for gas liquid reactions, gas gas reactions, and liquid solid reactions. The stirring bearings are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or ceramic ball bearings.
Sales of hydrogenation reaction kettlePot body part
The kettle body is composed of a cylinder and upper and lower heads, providing space for material chemical reactions. Its volume is determined by production capacity and product chemical reaction requirements.
2. The medium and low pressure cylinder body is usually made of stainless steel plate roll welding, and can also be made of carbon steel or cast steel. To prevent material corrosion, corrosion-resistant materials can be lined on the inner surface of carbon steel or cast steel.
3. The shell of the kettle can withstand both internal medium pressure and jacket pressure simultaneously, and its strength and stability must be calculated separately based on the individual effects of internal and external pressure.
4. For thin-walled cylinders that are subjected to significant external pressure, reinforcement rings should be placed on the outer surface of the cylinder.
Sales of hydrogenation reaction kettleScope of application
1) Not suitable for alkaline media or materials with a pH value greater than 12 and a temperature higher than 80 ° C.
2) Not suitable for the reaction process of alternating acidic and alkaline materials.
3) The hydrogenation reactor is not suitable for sudden temperature changes, as excessive stress can cause ceramic explosion and damage to the equipment. Therefore, it should be heated or cooled during use to prevent cold and heat accumulation.
4) Not suitable for any concentration and temperature of hydrofluoric acid and media or materials containing fluoride ions.
5) Not suitable for phosphoric acid media or materials with a concentration greater than 30% and a temperature greater than 180 ° C.
