Hardness tester becomes an ideal product choice
hardness testerAutomatic lifting and rotating sample table, driven by a motor, can automatically measure multiple test points on the sample, determine initial hardness values and hardness values within a set time, controlled by an electronic console or a computer system.
The micro hardness test of the hardness tester is equipped with a tweezers type center positioning device, which can accurately perform sample centering. It can be optionally used for centering O-rings with an outer diameter of 2-40mm and automatic testing at different points on the O-ring. At the same time, it displays the hardness value, average value, and standard deviation of 5 measurements of the same sample. A serial printer can be optionally selected to print the company name, date, time, test code, 5 sets of test results, average value, and standard deviation. The optional languages for the hardness tester are Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish. Before measuring, rotate the dial to align the driving pointer with the * scale line on the dial, and peel off about 1 square centimeter of the fruit to be tested.
The hardness tester is held by hand, with the hardness tester perpendicular to the surface of the fruit being tested. The indenter is evenly pressed into the fruit, and the driving pointer begins to drive the indicator pointer to rotate. When the indenter reaches the scale line (10 millimeters) and stops, the reading indicated by the indicator pointer is the hardness of the fruit. The average value is taken three times.hardness testerAfter measurement, rotate the zero knob to reset the pointer to the initial scale line. Before measurement, loosen the fastening knob, rotate the dial to align the driving pointer (straight head) with the initial scale line, and then tighten the fastening knob. Check if the indicator pointer is on the right side of the driver pointer. If not, rotate the zero knob to make the indicator pointer on the right side of the driver pointer.
In order to achieve better accuracy, before measuring with a hardness tester, press the indenter by hand and apply full range pressure two to three times to lubricate it. When measuring hardness, it should be inserted evenly and slowly, without rotating or impacting the measurement. The indenter should be perpendicular to the surface of the fruit. The hardness tester and indenter should be kept clean, and the juice should be cleaned after measurement. The professional rack joint at the top is used by the professional testing department to connect with the rack. When it needs to be connected, turn the knob and use the screws inside to screw on the screw holes on the rack. After using for more than a year, the back cover should be opened and a small amount of gauge oil should be injected into the spindle, teeth, gemstone eyes, guide grooves, etc. for lubrication to improve instrument accuracy and extend service life.
A hardness tester is an instrument used to determine the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products. The product has the characteristics of simple structure, easy use, lightweight body, and intuitive reading. It meets the requirements of GB/T531-1999 and other relevant standards, and can be carried for handheld measurement or installed on the matching hardness tester rack for use.hardness testerIt is applicable to the hardness test of low hardness materials such as foam, sponge, and microporous materials for shoes. The product meets the requirements of HG/T2489-93 and other relevant standards. It can be carried around for hand-held measurement, or installed on the supporting SLX Shore hardness tester test rack.
