instrumentb2bController and precautions for magnetic high-pressure reactor
Magnetic high-pressure reactorcontroller
1. The shell adopts a standard aluminum alloy chassis, and the upper cover can be pulled out backwards for easy maintenance and inspection. The panel is equipped with temperature digital display meter, voltmeter, tachometer, control switch and adjustment knob for the operator to operate and use.
2. Electrical principle: The electronic components of the mixing control circuit are assembled on a single circuit board, using a dual closed-loop control system, which has the characteristics of high speed regulation accuracy, stable speed, strong anti-interference ability, and complete protection functions such as limiting overspeed and overcurrent. Adjusting the "speed regulation" knob can change the DC voltage of the DC motor, thereby changing the motor speed and achieving the purpose of controlling the mixing speed.
3. Solid state relays (commonly known as voltage regulating blocks) are used in the heating circuit to regulate voltage, making the heating circuit simpler. By adjusting the "voltage regulating" knob, the heating power can be adjusted. At the same time, the control part of the heating circuit is equipped with an intelligent digital display meter, allowing the heating temperature to be adjusted according to the process requirements and controlling the temperature accuracy *.
4. All external leads are led out from the wiring terminals inside the controller through waterproof connectors on the rear panel.
Magnetic high-pressure reactorPrecautions during use
1. Magnetic high-pressure reactor is different from traditional mechanical stirring. It mainly uses a motor to drive the inner magnetic steel to rotate and then drive the stirring blade for stirring. Therefore, this stirring form is not suitable for reactions with high viscosity and fast stirring speed requirements.
2. The magnet in magnetic stirring is easily corroded and damaged by substances such as hydrogen, so special attention should be paid to the sealing of the stirrer when using it in a magnetic high-pressure reactor. Especially under high-pressure conditions, the upward flow of material into the stirrer can cause it to be unusable.
3. When using a magnetic high-pressure reactor under high temperature conditions, cooling water should be introduced into the stirrer to ensure its normal and long-term use.
