instrumentb2bCoal ashing furnace for slow ash, fast ash, volatile matter, and bonding index experiments

1. Slow Grey Experiment:

Main interface selectionSlow GreyExperiment, enter the slow gray experiment interface. When the furnace temperature is below 100 ℃, open the furnace door and place the ash dish containing the coal sample (Analyzing the weight of coal samples:1±0.1g)Send it into the constant temperature zone inside the furnace, open the chimney, close the furnace door and install the ash holder (leaving a 1.5cm gap in the furnace door), and click the start button. The process displays "1", and the temperature inside the furnace begins to slowly rise. Automatically enter the process when the temperature reaches 499 ℃2, in500℃ constant temperature30minAutomatically enter the process when the time is up 3The furnace temperature continues to rise from500℃ rises to815℃. After the temperature reaches, it automatically enters process 4815At a constant temperature of ℃ for 1 hour, after the time is met, the slow ash experiment ends with an intelligent buzzer reminder. Click the end button to end the experiment. Open the furnace door and smoothly remove the sample.

2. Fast Ash Experiment:

Main interface selectionQuick GreyExperiment, enter the fast gray experiment interface. Open the chimney and click the start button. The process displays "1", and the temperature inside the furnace begins to slowly rise. When the temperature reaches8At 50 ℃, the buzzer sounds and automatically enters process 28Maintain a constant temperature of 50 ℃. Prompt to prepare for layout (click on the temperature to silence). At this point, open the furnace door and place the ash dish containing the coal sample (Analyzing the weight of coal samples:1±0.1g)Slowly push into the muffle furnace, first* The coal sample in the ash tray is ashed. wait5-10minAfterwards, when the coal sample no longer emits smoke, it should not exceed2mmPush the second, third, and fourth rows of ash dishes into the constant temperature section of the furnace in sequence at a certain speed (if the coal sample ignites and explodes, the test should be invalidated). After sending in the sample, close the furnace door and leave a gap on it15mmThe gap on the left and right. Then click the start button, and the process will display 3. After a period of time, the furnace temperature will return to815℃, automatically enter process 4, maintain a constant temperature within this temperature range40minAfter the time is met, the fast gray experiment ends and the buzzer intelligently reminds. Automatically enter process 58Maintain a constant temperature of 15 ℃, click the start button to enter process 6. The sample is in8Perform a 20 minute inspection burn at 15 ℃, and sound an alarm after 20 minutes. End this experiment. Open the furnace door and smoothly remove the sample.

3. Volatile matter experiment:

Main interface selectionvolatilizeExperiment, enter the volatile matter experiment interface. Close the chimney, close the furnace door, and click the start button. The process displays "1", the progress bar starts to move forward, and the temperature inside the furnace begins to slowly rise. When the temperature reaches 920 ℃, the buzzer sounds and prompts to prepare for layout (click mute). The instrument automatically enters process 2 at a constant temperature of 920 ℃. At this point, the furnace door should be quickly opened to send the sample to the "constant temperature zone" of the muffle furnace, and the furnace door should be closed immediately. Then click the start button, and the process will display 3. The sample is heated at a scheduled time for 7 minutes, with a requirement for the furnace temperature to recover to 900 ± 10 ℃ within 3 minutes, and then kept at this temperature until the end of the experiment. After the time is met, the volatile matter experiment ends, the buzzer intelligently reminds, and the furnace door is opened to smoothly remove the sample. Click the end button to end this experiment.

4. Bonding index experiment:

Main interface selectionbondingExperiment, enter the bonding index experiment interface, close the chimney, close the furnace door, and click the start button. The process displays "1", and the temperature inside the furnace begins to slowly rise. When the temperature reaches 860 ℃, the buzzer sounds and prompts to prepare for layout (silence at the click), automatically entering process 2, and the instrument is8Wait for layout at a constant temperature of 60 ℃. At this point, the furnace door should be quickly opened to send the sample to the "constant temperature zone" of the muffle furnace, and the furnace door should be closed immediately. Then click the start button, and the process will display 3. The sample is heated at a scheduled time for 15 minutes, with a requirement for the furnace temperature to recover to 850 ± 10 ℃ within 6 minutes, and then kept at this temperature until the end of the experiment. After the time is met, the bonding index experiment ends, the buzzer intelligently reminds, and the furnace door is opened to smoothly remove the sample. Click the end button to end this experiment.
