4、 Working principle

The vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, a fine filter, a condenser, a primary filter, a water tank, a vacuum pump, an oil discharge pump, and an electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump will draw out the air inside the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through the inlet pipeline to eliminate larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The oil heated to 40-75 ℃ passes through the automatic oil float valve, which automatically controls the balance of the amount of oil entering and leaving the vacuum tank. After heating, the oil is separated into a semi mist by the rapid rotation of the spray wings. The water in the oil evaporates rapidly into water vapor and is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled and then returned to its original form before being released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump and filtered out of particulate impurities through the filter element. Thus completing the entire process of quickly removing impurities, moisture, and gases from the oil in the vacuum oil filter, allowing clean oil to be discharged from the outlet of the machine.
5、 Instructions for use
Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipelines, connect 380V, connect the safety ground wire, check whether each circuit is reliably connected, whether each oil valve is open, and prepare for the operation procedure only after there are no defects; Start the vacuum pump to ensure that the oil inside the pump can operate normally, and then continue to operate the vacuum pump continuously. When the vacuum surface reaches the gauge *, the oil inlet valve can be opened until the oil level is visible in the lower window of the vacuum cylinder. Then, the oil discharge pump switch is started to filter impurities and the oil circuit circulates normally. The heater switch is turned on to evaporate the water in the oil. If there is a lot of water in the oil, the oil foam in the vacuum cylinder will increase. At this time, the vent valve must be opened to control the appropriate vacuum degree. After the water decreases and the oil drops, the vent valve must be closed to reach the limit of vacuum degree. At this point, attention should be paid to the reactions of various instruments. If the pressure gauge reading is greater than 0.3MPA, it indicates that there are too many impurities on the surface of the filter element in the oil filter. The surface filter paper needs to be removed. After the work is completed, refer to the schematic diagram, open the vent valve to achieve normal atmospheric pressure, drain the oil in the cylinder, and release the remaining oil from the drain valve to prevent mixing with different types of oil in the next use.

8、 Precautions
- The power supply must be connected to the ground wire before operation.
