instrumentb2bApplication of High Pressure Hydrogenation Reactor in Laboratory
High pressure hydrogenation reactorGenerally used for reducing hydrogenolysis. In the presence of high-pressure, flammable (self igniting) materials and oxygen, safety accidents are prone to occur, causing lifelong regret to the operator. Therefore, the precautions and operating procedures for using a hydrogenation high-pressure reactor are described below.

High pressure hydrogenation reactor
Application in the laboratory
Before turning on the control panel current switch, the mixing switch and speed regulating heating switch should be set to zero first.
2. Before feeding, rinse the inner wall, mixing and bonding surfaces of the high-pressure reactor with distilled water. After rinsing the bonding surfaces, wipe them clean with cotton or silk dipped in ethanol, and then slowly close the lid to avoid damaging the bonding surfaces.
3. When screwing on the screws, be sure to align them correctly and use a torque wrench to place them symmetrically in a cross shape to avoid uneven force distribution. Do not twist the screw into place at once, gradually apply force and tighten it symmetrically.
After tightening the screws, first use a mechanical pump to evacuate, then repeatedly introduce nitrogen gas two to four times to exhaust the air inside the kettle, then evacuate, introduce hydrogen gas, start stirring, heat up, and operate normally.
5. After the reaction is complete, stop stirring, pump out the residual hydrogen gas in the kettle, then introduce nitrogen gas, vent, and unscrew the screw to take a sample.
The 6.5L hydrogenation reactor is not resistant to strong acids, and strong acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid are prohibited in the reaction solution.
7. Operations that generate sparks and wearing nail shoes are prohibited near the hydrogenation reactor.
