*Design One: High Volume Air Inlet
The high volume air inlet is located around the inner side of the sliding door on the operating platform, with a suction wind speed of 1000FPM. It can effectively prevent the leakage of gases, evaporated substances, and particles inside the control panel, as well as prevent external environmental gases from entering the work area.
*Design 2: Negative pressure double-layer box structure
The entire work area is surrounded by negative pressure interlayers at the bottom, sides, and back, and positive pressure filtered air at the top. Therefore, the box is safer and more effective in preventing pollution and leakage than traditional single wall or double wall structures.
*Design Three: StediVOLT Fan/Motor System
Baker designed and selected the best fan motor system to automatically adjust the online voltage fluctuations in the laboratory. When the HEPA Filter has insufficient air flow due to particle blockage, the motor speed is manually adjusted to maintain a normal wind speed of ± 5FPM, ensuring the normal operation of the system.
*Design 4: Baker Momentum Air Curtain
Baker's Momentum air curtain design uses stainless steel airflow distribution plates installed under HEPA filters to redistribute the filtered air flow direction. A vertical rapid air curtain of 115FPM is formed adjacent to the operator, while other working areas have a normal airflow of 55FPM, thus forming an efficient safety protection system together with the high-speed suction groove and negative pressure double-layer structure box. *Design 5: Unified reserved air duct
The unified reserved air duct is located between the exhaust and intake high-efficiency filters to form a wind collection box, allowing the air volume to be concentrated and uniformly distributed under the intake filter, making the wind direction * and laminar flow.
*Design 6: Negative pressure pipeline and Ready Safe operation mode
The negative pressure double-layer structure cable has reserved holes, which can provide large power instrument cables or transmission pipelines. The Ready Safe operation mode ensures safe conditions and a quiet working environment during meetings and work interruptions, while reducing energy consumption.
