Isolation feeding boxThe exhaust gas emitted from the rat cage is directly received by the exhaust host and treated with high-efficiency filters and activated carbon to remove odors and ensure the cleanliness of the room without pollution.
The selection of isolation feeding boxes should be differentiated according to the usage scenario and biological safety level:
Aquatic reproduction: focus on permeability (stainless steel mesh) and oxygenation ability to avoid suffocation of fish fry;
Scientific research experiments: comply with national biosafety requirements, prioritize modular and negative pressure ventilation design;
Ecological compatibility: Reduce animal stress in large spaces and gradually evolve towards intelligent environmental regulation.
Preparation before installation:
Accessories inventory and inspection:
Check all components: side panels, bottom panels, top panels, partition panels, back panels, glass/acrylic panels, fixing screws, sealing strips, buckles, etc., to confirm that there are no defects or deformations.
Distinguishing component directions: The perforated side of the bottom plate usually faces backwards, the slot end of the side plate faces forwards, and the wiring hole of the back plate needs to face upwards.
Tools and Environment:
Prepare a screwdriver, level, and rubber hammer (adjust the glass slot).
Smooth and ventilated ground, with reserved operating space.
Attention:
Balance between permeability and sealing:
Stainless steel mesh surface (aperture ≤ 1mm) is preferred for breeding boxes, while acrylic boxes need to be equipped with pneumatic circulation to prevent oxygen deficiency.
The gaps and pipeline interfaces on the back panel of the experimental animal box need to be sealed with asbestos rope or gel.
Biosafety regulations:
Infectious animal waste must be sealed and sterilized, and operators must wear protective equipment.
Before the new box is put into use, it needs to run empty for 48 hours to eliminate material odors.
