2.Heating process: It is necessary to slowly heat up the material to the appropriate temperature for reaction within the specified time, avoiding heating up too quickly or too slowly.

3.Insulation process: Check the kettle temperature at all times and keep corresponding records. When the kettle temperature is abnormal, timely measures should be taken to maintain the normal reaction temperature.

4.Cooling process: When opening the cooling water valve, the return valve should be opened first, followed by the inlet valve. The pressure of the cooling water should be well controlled, not lower than 0.1 megapascals, nor higher than 0.2 megapascals.

5.Operation inspection: Check the working condition of the equipment at any time, and if any abnormal situation is found, stop the vehicle for maintenance in a timely manner.

6.Cleaning and maintenance: After discharging, the residue inside the kettle should be washed clean. Regularly inspect all components of the equipment. If the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. The electric heating medium oil should be replaced every six months.
