1. The material of the pipeline between the tank and the welding gun is a PVC hose, which can withstand temperatures of around 80 ℃. However, the main function of this pipeline is to transport gas, and the normal room temperature is only concentrated in the welding gun.

2. The filter cup and anti backfire device on the equipment are measures to ensure the safe use of the sealing machine.

2.1 The first safety measure is the tempering valve. If the flame is sucked back and the tempering valve explodes, the flame can be directly cut off at the explosion site. In this case, the power can be directly turned off and a tempering valve can be purchased and installed.

2.2 The second safety measure is a filter cup (water seal device), which works by allowing gas to pass through but preventing flames from entering the cylinder. In this case, the power should be turned off first, and the vent valve should be opened outdoors to release the gas. After that, the hydrogen oxygen machine should be checked to determine if it can continue to be used. (Below, I will list how to check the hydrogen oxygen machine)

The above-mentioned tempering problem generally occurs when there is too much hydrogen oxygen machine solution, causing water inside the pipeline. The spray gun filter has water, and the pressure at the nozzle is too low, resulting in backfire. It is also important to note that when the welding gun is turned off and the flame decreases, quickly close the welding gun valve.

3. The device does not have an emergency stop button because even if there is a problem, everything is completed in an instant. If there is really an explosion, unplug the socket immediately and stay away, paying attention to personal safety.

4. Abnormal environment mainly refers to not using in an atmosphere of flammable gases.
