Single-layer glass reactorIt is an experimental and production equipment with a single-layer glass container as the core structure, which achieves reaction control through direct heating or cooling. It has the characteristics of transparent observation and flexible operation, and is widely used in fields such as chemistry, biology, pharmaceuticals, and new materials.
Operation and maintenance
Operation steps:
Equipment inspection: Confirm that the main body of the reaction vessel, stirring device, condenser tube and other components are not damaged and connected tightly.
Cleaning equipment: Rinse the kettle with clean water and organic solvents (such as ethanol) to ensure there are no residual impurities.
Installation accessories: Install mixing blades, thermometers, condensers, etc. according to experimental requirements to ensure a secure installation.
Feeding and sealing: Close the bottom valve, slowly add the material through the feeding port, and tighten the lid after the feeding is completed.
Turn on mixing and heating: Connect the power, adjust the mixing speed and heating temperature, and closely observe the temperature changes.
Reaction monitoring: Continuously observe the reaction phenomenon, record data, and immediately stop the reaction if any abnormalities occur.
Discharge and cleaning: After the reaction is complete, turn off the heating and stirring, release the material after it cools down, and clean the reaction kettle.
Single-layer glass reactorMaintenance points:
Regularly inspect the mixing and sealing system to ensure no leaks;
Clean the discharge valve to avoid blockage caused by material residue;
Check the temperature sensor and alarm system to ensure proper functionality;
Avoid mechanical impact and prevent glass containers from being damaged.
