1. Abnormal rotation is one of the common problems. If the motor experiences lagging, abnormal noise, or cannot rotate during operation, it may be due to a lack of lubrication on the rotating shaft causing increased friction. The shaft should be cleaned and an appropriate amount of lubricant should be applied; If the problem persists, it is necessary to check whether the bearings are worn or the rotor is unbalanced. If necessary, replace the bearings or correct the rotor balance. If the motor does not work, it is necessary to check whether the power connection is loose, whether the fuse is blown, or whether the motor itself is damaged due to overload. This can be solved by restarting the power supply, replacing the fuse, or repairing the motor.
2. Vacuum system failure affects evaporation efficiency. When the vacuum degree cannot reach the set value or the pressure fluctuates greatly, first check whether the sealing ring is aging, deformed or damaged, and replace the sealing components in a timely manner; If there is air leakage in the pipeline or joint, it is necessary to check whether the connection is loose and repair it by tightening or replacing the sealing gasket. Vacuum pump failure may be caused by pump oil contamination or internal wear, and the pump oil needs to be cleaned or replaced. If necessary, the internal structure of the pump body should be inspected.
3. Abnormal heating system leads to unstable temperature. If the heating device cannot raise the temperature or the temperature fluctuates too much, it may be due to damage to the heating element, malfunction of the temperature control sensor, or poor contact of the heating power supply. It is necessary to check the heating circuit connection, replace the faulty component, or calibrate the temperature control system. If the evaporator bottle is heated unevenly, it may be due to a mismatch in the synergistic parameters of rotation and heating. It is necessary to adjust the rotation speed or heating power to ensure even distribution of heat.
4. Glass components that are damaged should be handled with caution. If glass components such as evaporator bottles and condenser tubes break due to collision or sudden temperature changes, they should be immediately stopped and replaced with components of the same specification. During installation, ensure good sealing to avoid secondary damage caused by residual stress.
5. Daily maintenance reduces the occurrence of malfunctions. Regularly clean the residual solvents inside the instrument, check the condition of the seals and transmission components, lubricate or replace aging parts in a timely manner; Avoid overspeed rotation, sudden cooling and heating, or overload operation during operation. Standardizing usage habits can reduce the failure rate.
