Large size automatic casting coating machineThe heating temperature can reach 100 ℃, and vacuum adsorption is used to fix the substrate, so that the substrate will not wrinkle during the coating process, making the coating smoother. The automatic casting coating machine is equipped with a precision adjustable film applicator, which moves the push rod at a constant speed to achieve uniform coating of the slurry on the substrate.
Heating vacuum bed:
The heated vacuum bed is made of aluminum alloy with micropores
Vacuum suction cup size: 600mm (length) x 300mm (width) x 22mm (height)
The heating element is built into the vacuum bed and can be uniformly heated to a maximum of 100 º C *
Precision digital temperature controller with an accuracy of+/-1 ℃
Film scraper:
Includes a 250mm wide micrometer adjustable coating applicator with a thickness adjustable between 0.01mm-5mm
Including a lateral pusher for pushing the scraper to ensure constant speed coating
Note: Thin films can reach>10 microns
Operation steps:
Preparation work:
Check the equipment: Confirm that the coating roller, paper feeding roller, vacuum adsorption system and other components are not damaged, and the electrical circuit is normal.
Parameter setting: Adjust the coating speed (recommended 1-5cm/s for high viscosity materials), thickness (controlled by scraper or wire rod specifications), and temperature (such as melt temperature of 250 ℃± 50 ℃) according to the material characteristics.
Base treatment: Ensure that the surface of the substrate (such as plastic film) is clean, flat, and size compatible with the workbench.
Coating operation:
Start the device: Turn on the vacuum adsorption to fix the substrate and preheat it to the set temperature (such as 120 ℃).
Coating execution:
Manual mode: Drive the coating roller at a constant speed to avoid unevenness caused by speed fluctuations.
Automatic mode: The coating speed is controlled by a continuously variable speed motor to maintain a constant pressure.
Thickness monitoring: Real time observation of coating uniformity, adjustment of scraper pressure or wire rod specifications.
Post processing:
Curing/Drying: If using UV curing materials, turn on the UV light source to accelerate polymerization.
Cleaning and maintenance: Clean up residual paint in a timely manner, check the lubrication system and transmission components.
