Performance characteristics and application of transparent jaw headspace bottle
Date: 2025-11-25Read: 0

Transparent jaw headspace bottleIt is a sample container commonly used in experiments such as gas chromatography analysis, mainly for storing and holding volatile samples to be analyzed.

Performance characteristics:

1. Sealing performance:

Double sealing guarantee: The threaded aluminum cover is paired with PTFE/silicone composite pads, which can withstand multiple punctures while maintaining airtightness, effectively preventing volatilization and contamination.

Pressure resistance test: High quality products must pass a pressure resistance test of ≥ 0.3MPa to ensure no leakage in high-pressure environments.

2. Temperature resistance range:

Conventional gasket: Temperature resistance range -60 ℃ to 200 ℃, suitable for most headspace analysis needs.

Special gaskets: Some brands have developed gaskets that can withstand high temperatures up to 300 ℃, meeting the analysis requirements under extreme conditions.

3. Anti pollution design:

Pre slit spacer: reduces injection needle resistance, improves automation processing efficiency, and reduces the risk of debris generation.

Low solubility: Glass material has less dissolved substances, ensuring sample purity, especially suitable for ultra-high sensitivity experiments such as trace metal ion detection.

Application Scenario:

1. Environmental monitoring: Analyze volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in water samples and soil extracts, such as benzene derivatives and halogenated hydrocarbons.

2. Food testing: detecting residual solvents, flavoring components, or odor substances in food packaging materials.

3. Pharmaceutical industry: drug composition analysis, purity testing, and stability research, especially suitable for photosensitive drugs (brown opaque bottles should be used).

4. Petrochemical industry: Analyzing additives, pollutants, or component identification in oil products, such as detecting benzene content in gasoline.
