Here, in addition to thanking us for the recognition of Zeheng Metrology Testing (Hubei Co., Ltd.), I would also like to share the conditions and materials required for applying for a high-tech enterprise:

Application requirements:
（1） When applying for recognition, enterprises must be registered and established for more than one year;
（2） Enterprises acquire ownership of intellectual property rights that provide core technological support for their main products (services) through independent research and development, acquisition, donation, and mergers and acquisitions;
（3） The technology that plays a core supporting role in the main products (services) of enterprises belongs to the scope stipulated in the "National Key Supported High tech Fields";
（4） The proportion of scientific and technological personnel engaged in research and development and related technological innovation activities in the enterprise shall not be less than 10% of the total number of employees in the year;
（5） The proportion of the total research and development expenses of the enterprise in the past three accounting years (calculated based on actual operating time if the actual operating period is less than three years, the same below) to the total sales revenue of the same period meets the following requirements:
Enterprises with sales revenue of less than 50 million yuan (inclusive) in the past year shall account for no less than 5%;
2. Enterprises with sales revenue of 50 million to 200 million yuan (inclusive) in the past year, accounting for no less than 4%;
3. For enterprises with sales revenue of over 200 million yuan in the past year, the proportion shall not be less than 3%.
among whichThe total research and development expenses incurred by enterprises within China shall account for no less than 60% of the total research and development expenses;
（6） The proportion of high-tech product (service) revenue to the total revenue of the enterprise in the same period in the past year shall not be less than 60%;
（7） Evaluation of Enterprise Innovation CapabilityShould meet the corresponding requirements;
（8） There have been no major safety or quality accidents or serious environmental violations within the year prior to the enterprise's application for certification.

List of Application Materials:
The enterprise logs in to the "Management Network for High tech Enterprise Recognition", fills out the "Application for High tech Enterprise Recognition" as required, submits it to the recognition institution through the network system, and submits the following written materials to the recognition institution:
（1） Application for Recognition of High tech Enterprises (printed online, signed, and stamped with the company seal);
（2） Copy of relevant registration documents such as the Business License proving the legal establishment of the enterprise;
（3） Materials related to intellectual property (such as intellectual property certificates and proof of technical level, participation in standard setting, etc.), proof of scientific research project approval (acceptance or completion reports are required for accepted or completed projects), transformation of scientific and technological achievements (overall situation and transformation form, application effectiveness explained item by item), research and development organization and management (specific explanation of overall situation and compliance with the four indicators), etc;
（4） Specific descriptions of key technologies and technical indicators for high-tech products (services) of enterprises, relevant production approvals, certification and accreditation certificates, qualification certificates, product quality inspection reports, and other materials;
（5） Explanatory materials on the situation of enterprise employees and scientific and technological personnel, including the number of on-the-job, part-time, and temporary employees, personnel education structure, list of scientific and technological personnel and their job positions, etc;
（6） A special audit or certification report on the research and development expenses and high-tech product (service) revenue of the enterprise for the past three accounting years (based on the actual operating years if the actual years are less than three years, the same below) issued by a qualified intermediary agency that meets the relevant conditions of this Work Guideline, and accompanied by explanatory materials on research and development activities;
（7） Financial and accounting reports (including financial statements, notes to financial statements, and financial situation statement) of enterprises certified by qualified intermediary agencies for the past three accounting years;
（8） Annual tax declaration forms for corporate income tax in the past three accounting years (including main and supplementary forms).

Certification management process:
（1） Enterprise application
Enterprises shall conduct self-evaluation in accordance with this method. Those who meet the recognition criteria shall register on the "High tech Enterprise Recognition Management Work Network" and submit an application for recognition to the recognition institution. Submit the following materials when applying:
（2） Expert review
The accreditation body shall randomly select experts who meet the evaluation requirements to form an expert group. The expert group reviews the application materials of the enterprise and provides review opinions.
（3） Review and determination
The certification body will conduct a comprehensive review of the applying enterprise based on the expert group's review opinions, provide certification opinions, and report to the leadership group office. The recognized enterprise shall be publicly announced by the Office of the Leading Group on the "High tech Enterprise Recognition Management Work Network" for 10 working days. If there are no objections, it shall be recorded and announced on the "High tech Enterprise Recognition Management Work Network". The recognition institution shall issue a uniformly printed "High tech Enterprise Certificate" to the enterprise; If there are objections, the certification body shall verify and handle them.
（4） Corporate Annual Report
After obtaining the qualification of high-tech enterprise, enterprises should fill in the annual development report of intellectual property, scientific and technological personnel, research and development expenses, operating income and other aspects of the previous year on the "High tech Enterprise Certification Management Work Network" before the end of May each year.
