Adaptive adjustment function: It can achieve continuous high-speed exhaust regardless of whether there are multiple water columns or alternating air columns in the pipeline, or whether it is in a pressurized/non pressurized environment. In addition, a small amount of residual gas can be discharged through micropores, and if there is negative pressure in the pipeline, it can automatically inject gas, effectively preventing gas pollution and buffering the pressure rise caused by water hammer effect.
Precautions for using cylinder type full pressure high-speed exhaust valve:
1. Pressure limit: During use, the pressure cannot be lower than 0.1Mpa. If it is lower than this pressure, the exhaust valve is prone to leakage. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the system pressure does not exceed the design working pressure range of the exhaust valve, in order to avoid valve damage or safety accidents.
2. Temperature range: Note that it is suitable for use on water and hot water pipelines with temperatures not exceeding the specified value. Generally speaking, different types of exhaust valves have different temperature ranges, and exceeding these ranges may lead to issues such as decreased valve material performance and seal failure.
3. Supporting maintenance valve: A valve must be equipped for maintenance purposes. In this way, when maintenance, repair or replacement of the exhaust valve is required, the flow of the medium in the pipeline can be cut off by closing the matching maintenance valve, ensuring the safety and convenience of operation.
4. Installation direction: Strictly follow the requirements of the product manual for installation. Exhaust valves usually have certain installation direction requirements, and incorrect installation may affect their normal exhaust and suction functions.
5. Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly inspect the exhaust valve, including checking the appearance for damage, corrosion, etc., whether the internal components are functioning properly, and whether the seals are intact. Promptly identify and address potential issues to ensure that the exhaust valve is always in good working condition.
6. Avoid impurities entering: Prevent impurities, particles, etc. in the pipeline from entering the interior of the exhaust valve to avoid blocking the passage or damaging key components such as the valve disc. Filters and other devices can be installed at the inlet of the pipeline to reduce the impact of impurities.
7. Collaborative work with other devices: If the exhaust valve is used in conjunction with other devices (such as pumps, compressors, etc.), attention should be paid to their mutual influence.
