Standard Process and Precautions for Replacing Alpha Vulcanizer Sensors
Date: 2025-09-04Read: 0
Rotorless vulcanizing apparatusIt is a new generation, reliable, precise, and intelligent rubber rheometer. To provide good data repeatability and reproducibility for formula and quality engineers, configurable automation accessories can be used to improve testing efficiency and reduce labor costs. MES interface can be provided to facilitate the construction of factory informationization standards.
Frequency: Fixed at 1.67Hz (100cpm) or optional between 0.001Hz and 50Hz.
Amplitude (strain): Fixed angle ± 0.5 ° (± 7%). ± 0.2 ° (± 2.80%), ± 1.0 ° (± 14%), 3.0 ° (± 42%), or 0.001 °~90 ° (± 0.07%~± 1256%) are optional.
Replacement of Alpha Vulcanizer Sensor:
Preparation before replacement:
Tools and materials:
Prepare sensors of the same model, ER34615 lithium-ion battery, single-sided sponge tape, scissors, and ruler.
Ensure that the device is powered off and cooled to room temperature to avoid burns or short circuits in the circuit.
Safety measures:
Wear an anti-static wristband to prevent static electricity from damaging the circuit board.
Replacement steps:
Dismantling the old sensor:
Grasp the bottom metal part of the sensor and unscrew the black upper cover counterclockwise.
Gently shake the battery and unplug it, avoiding pulling the power cord or antenna.
Install new battery:
Cut 10cm sponge tape and apply it to the middle of the new battery, leaving a gap for the lead wires.
Insert the battery plug into the circuit board socket, ensuring that the positive and negative directions are correct (black on the left/red on the right).
Sealing and testing:
Fix the antenna with double-sided tape, tighten the casing and check the sealing.
Whether the torque data during the power on test is stable (within ± 0.3dNm error).
Safety precautions:
During high-temperature operations, direct contact with the furnace body is prohibited and must be carried out in a well ventilated environment.
Immediately shut down and contact technical support in case of abnormal situations such as pressure fluctuations or temperature loss of control.
