Rotorless vulcanizing apparatusThe Moving Die Rheometer (MDR) is a high-precision testing device that monitors molecular chain cross-linking reactions during rubber vulcanization through dynamic shear deformation. It is widely used in rubber formulation optimization, process parameter setting, and quality control.
The rotorless vulcanizing instrument is controlled by a microcomputer integrated motherboard for temperature control, with ultra fast temperature return speed and stable temperature. It is operated on a 7-inch color touch screen and can be used independently without the need for a computer. It has built-in weights and automatic calibration, reducing human operation errors. The internal structure is simple and durable, and the modular design provides a more spacious maintenance space. Maintenance is simple, convenient, stable, and reliable. It can be used continuously in conjunction with specialized operating software, and can perform statistical management and analysis of data. The four column suspension structure design stabilizes the DSP data acquisition system.
Operating standards:
Sample preparation:
The sample is cut into a circular shape with a diameter of about 5cm and sandwiched between high-temperature resistant paper to avoid contaminating the mold cavity.
Parameter settings:
Temperature calibration requires a standard temperature measuring rod, and when the deviation exceeds ± 1 ℃, the upper/lower mold temperature values need to be corrected.
Before torque calibration, it is necessary to complete the initial angle correction to ensure that the maximum value of the curve is centered.
Security monitoring:
During the vulcanization process, monitor the pressure gauge and temperature curve in real-time, and immediately shut down if there are any abnormalities.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
Mold cavity processing:
After each experiment, use a soft cloth and specialized solvent (such as uncured rubber solvent) to clean the residue, and prohibit corrosive liquids such as gasoline.
Long term disuse requires the application of rust proof oil to protect the surface of the mold cavity.
Lubrication and maintenance:
Wipe the column with engine oil every 2-3 weeks and lubricate the joint bearings monthly.
Pneumatic triple components need to be regularly drained and refilled with oil, and the filter should be cleaned every 3 months.
