Pre-operation preparation
Equipment inspection: Confirm that the power and data cables are connected correctly, and check if the emergency stop button and limit block are functioning properly.
Environmental confirmation: Ensure that the testing environment is free from vibration and strong magnetic field interference, and that the temperature and humidity meet the requirements.
Sample preparation: Prepare the sample according to standard requirements (such as metal tensile specimens that comply with GB/T 228.1-2010), ensuring accurate dimensions and smooth surface.
Experimental operation process
Power on preheating: After turning on the power, preheat the equipment for 15 minutes to ensure stable system operation.
Software settings: Start the testing software, select the testing standard, and enter the sample parameters (material type, size, batch number).
Fixture installation: Select appropriate fixtures based on the type of test (tension, compression, bending) to ensure that the specimen and fixture are not loose or slip.
Parameter settings: Set parameters such as loading speed and maximum load, and check protection settings.
Start the experiment: Start the experiment through software or the host keyboard, observe the deformation of the sample, and monitor real-time data such as force values, displacement, and deformation.
End of experiment: After the sample breaks, the equipment automatically stops loading and saves data, removes the sample, and cleans the fixture.
Maintenance and Care
Daily cleaning: Clean the workbench and fixtures after each experiment to keep the equipment clean.
Lubrication and maintenance: Add lubricating oil to transmission components such as ball screws and power screws every 3 months.
Regular calibration: Apply for professional organization calibration every 0.5-1 year to ensure equipment accuracy.
Component inspection: Regularly check whether the transmission components are loose, whether the gearbox leaks oil, and replace aging components in a timely manner.
Safety precautions
Personal protection: Operators should wear protective equipment such as gloves and goggles to avoid injury when the sample breaks.
Prohibition of leaving the post: During the experiment, it is not allowed to leave the control room without authorization and be prepared to deal with abnormal situations at any time.
Power off operation: During maintenance, the power supply of the testing machine should be turned off first, and then the main power supply of the circuit should be cut off to ensure safety.
