Before using a desktop fermentation tank, it is essential to understand these matters

benchtop fermentorIn order to better ensure the normal operation of the fermentation tank, customers should not only understand the structure and characteristics of each component of the system software, as well as the effectiveness of its pipelines and gate valves, but also attach great importance to the maintenance and upkeep of the system software. The maintenance and upkeep of the fermentation tank system software can be divided into two methods: regular and timely, both of which are indispensable. Maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of fermentation tanks. The tabletop fermentation tank body is the site that immediately comes into contact with the raw materials, and the level of surface smoothness and cleanliness of its internal prefabricated components are key elements for being free from bacterial contamination. Therefore, after each alcohol production is completed, it is necessary to connect the machine cover to the mixer and disassemble it vertically upwards. Remove all electrical levels and place them in a safe area. Brush the tank body and internal prefabricated components with neutral cleaning agent.
In addition, some O-ring seals of the tank and inlet/outlet valves need to be inspected. If any deformation, brittleness, scratches or other conditions are found, they need to be replaced immediately. After cleaning and reassembling, clean the outer surface and tank rack with a clean towel to ensure they are ready for use. If the desktop fermentation tank is not to be used for a long time, remove all the electricity level and store it according to the requirements. Then, drain the stored water in the tank and all the pipelines, close the gate valve, and maintain the fermentation tank with a dust-proof cloth. The maintenance of mixing system software includes mixing shaft, agitator, machine seal, rolling bearings, couplings, and electric motors.
Before using a desktop fermentation tank, it is essential to understand these matters:
1. It is necessary to ensure that all individual equipment in the fermentation tank can operate normally before using the fermentation system.
2. When disinfecting the filter, the steam pressure flowing through the air filter should not exceed 0.17MPa, otherwise the filter element will be damaged and lose its filtering ability.
3. During the fermentation process, it should be ensured that the pressure in the fermentation tank does not exceed 0.17MPa.
4. During the actual consumption process, when the jacket is preheated with steam, the inlet steam pressure must be controlled within the working pressure range of the equipment (not exceeding 0.2MPa), otherwise it may cause damage to the fermentation tank.
5. When the fermentation tank is empty or in use, it is necessary to drain the remaining water in the jacket of the fermentation tank. Otherwise, it may cause the inner cylinder of the fermentation tank to flatten, resulting in equipment damage; During actual consumption, it can also cause excessive condensation water, leading to dilution of the culture medium and inability to meet process requirements.
6. During the cooling process after the completion of air and actual consumption, it is strictly prohibited to generate negative pressure inside the fermentation tank to avoid pollution and even damage to the fermentation tank.
8. During the operation of the desktop fermentation tank, it is necessary to maintain the pressure in the air pipeline greater than the tank pressure of the fermentation tank, otherwise it may cause the liquid in the fermentation tank to flow back into the filter, block the filter element or cause the filter to fail.
