1、 Introduction to Working Principle and Performance
Magnetic driven reactorThe core component of the magnetic drive device is a transmission device that uses permanent magnet materials for magnetic coupling transmission. The magnetic coupler utilizes the principle that magnetic steel can still attract each other through stainless steel to create a cover that is fixedly connected to the kettle body, forming a static sealing chamber and effectively preventing leakage. A magnetic steel brick made of permanent magnet material is installed inside and outside the sealing cover, and the rotor is shaped like a horseshoe magnet. The two ends of the magnet protrusion are respectively the N and S poles of the magnetic steel.
Due to the characteristic of opposite attraction and same repulsion of magnetic steel, the inner and outer magnetic steel are mutually positioned in the direction of rotation through magnetic force. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel rotor to rotate, the inner magnetic steel rotor, along with the stirring components, synchronously rotates to achieve the purpose of stirring. The magnetic coupling abandons the structure of packing sealing the stirring shaft and adopts a new transmission method of using internal and external magnetic rotors to transmit torque through the cover with magnetic force. The stirring components inside the kettle rotate inside the static sealing chamber without extending outside the kettle, solving the leakage problem that cannot be overcome by packing sealing, and keeping the reaction medium in a closed state without any leakage or pollution.
Magnetic driven reactorIt is a new alternative product to packed sealed reaction vessels, suitable for industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, and microbiological engineering, especially for chemical reactions where packing sealing cannot be used due to flammable, explosive, toxic, hydrogenation, high pressure, vacuum, high-speed stirring, and other working media.
2、 Characteristics and Scope of Application of Magnetic Drive Reactor Technology
1. The dynamic seal of the mixing shaft has been removed and replaced with a static seal, allowing the material to be stirred in a fully static sealed state, resulting in a durable and reliable seal.
2. Sealing and lubrication do not require injection of medium, avoiding secondary pollution and ensuring the purity of the material.
3. Energy saving measures have been taken by eliminating the use of compressed packing for sealing, resulting in a reduction of approximately 20% in mixing power.
4. By increasing the rotational speed by 2 to 10 times compared to traditional methods, the stirring time is shortened, the reaction process is strengthened, and the production capacity of the equipment is improved.
5. Smooth operation, minimal vibration, and low noise.
6. Compact structure, easy daily maintenance, long maintenance cycle, quick replacement of components, and easy mastery of maintenance techniques.
7. The design structure is reasonable and easy to operate, especially suitable for laboratory testing projects.
Scope of application:
1. Operation of heat transfer medium units such as gas liquid solid three-phase stirred chemical reactions.
2. Flammable, explosive, and highly toxic chemical reaction processes such as hydrogenation, oxidation, and fluorination.
3. Chemical process applications that cause slight corrosion (0.05-0.13mm/year) to stainless steel.
4. The working pressure is -0.1~30.0MPa, and the operating temperature is -30~350 ℃.
5. The stirring speed is 0-1500r/min.
