On the occasion of this double festival full of harvest joy and patriotism, in order to allow everyone to fully enjoy the joy of reunion and arrange work and rest reasonably, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Council's "National Holiday and Commemorative Day Holiday Measures" and combined with the actual production and operation situation of the company, the management has decided to officially notify the Mid Autumn Festival Cake Expo and National Day holiday arrangements for 2025. We hope that colleagues will be aware of this and make good plans in advance.
As a traditional Mid Autumn Festival custom with distinctive features in Xiamen, Bo Bing carries the hope for a bountiful harvest and wishes for reunion. It is also an important activity for us at Yingyi Automation to gather team strength and enhance colleague relationships. In order to allow everyone to feel the strong festive atmosphere before the holiday, the company has specially adjusted some working days, shifting the originally scheduled Saturday of the last week of September (September 27th) to this Saturday (September 20th). After completing the day's work on September 20th, the company will carefully prepare a pancake feast and reunion dinner. There will not only be abundant pancake gifts on site, from practical household items to exquisite holiday gift boxes, but also a warm gathering session, allowing everyone to share the joy of reunion and spend a smoke filled Mid Autumn Festival Eve together with laughter and joy. Please coordinate your personal affairs in advance to ensure timely participation. We also welcome everyone to bring enthusiasm and good luck to compete for the "Top Scholar" award together!
Regarding the specific arrangements for the Mid Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, this double holiday will last for a total of 8 days, from October 1st (Wednesday) to October 8th (Wednesday). To ensure a smooth transition of the company's business before and after the holiday, two make-up shifts need to be adjusted: normal work on September 28th (Sunday) and normal work on October 11th (Saturday). Please ask department heads to organize pre holiday work tasks in advance, arrange personnel on duty reasonably, and ensure that all work is properly completed before the holiday; At the same time, remind department employees to return to work on time after the holiday to avoid affecting the normal operation of post holiday work.
During the holiday period, please also pay attention to personal and property safety, arrange travel plans reasonably, and abide by traffic rules; If you need to travel to other places, it is recommended to understand the weather conditions of the destination in advance and take protective measures. At the same time, keep communication equipment unobstructed so that the company can contact everyone in a timely manner in case of emergency work matters.
