For this autumn outing, we have chosen Xiamen Tianzhu Mountain Forest Park, which combines natural wilderness with leisure and relaxation. Here, not only are there colorful forest paintings and flowing mountain streams, but also open lawns and well-equipped leisure areas that can meet the elegant needs of strolling and enjoying the scenery, as well as the lively atmosphere of team interaction. The theme of the event will be "Gathering Hearts and Enjoying Autumn Light". In addition to reserving sufficient free viewing time for everyone to take photos and get close to nature, a series of fun team games have been carefully designed - "Working Together to Leg Leg Leg Tightening Run" tests each other's rhythm and coordination, "Fun Relay Race" ignites the team's competitive enthusiasm, and "Collective Treasure Hunt" allows everyone to enhance communication through exploration. Each game segment will feature generous small gifts, allowing joy and rewards to go hand in hand.
The specific arrangement of the event is as follows: the time is scheduled for October 25th (Saturday) all day, and the meeting will be held at 8:30 am downstairs of the company building to take a unified bus to the destination. It is expected to meet at 5:30 pm and return. The activity expenses will be uniformly borne by the company. To ensure food safety and taste, the company will customize special picnic packages in advance, and prepare sufficient drinking water and emergency medicine. Colleagues, please register and confirm with the department head before 12:00 noon on October 20th (Monday) in order to coordinate the arrangement of vehicles and materials.
Reminder: Please wear comfortable sports shoes and casual clothing, and be prepared for sun and insect protection; During the event, please abide by team discipline, follow the arrangements of the staff, and do not leave the team without authorization; It is recommended to carry a small amount of personal belongings and travel light.
