Mixed air systemIt is an important supporting equipment for the transmission electron microscope gas in-situ system, and also an important factor in the success or failure of gas in-situ experiments. The gas used in in-situ experiments must have the following elements: 1. Purity of the gas; 2. Accuracy of gas mixture ratio; 3. Security.

Product Features

1. Purity of gas: The Ultra New Core gas mixing system has placed great emphasis on gas purity since its design. We have integrated two types of impurity removal modules for this.

① Heating module: accelerates the volatilization of trace impurities on the gas pipeline wall, and then removes the impurities through gas blowing;

② Freezing module: removes trace organic carbon and other impurities from gases at extremely low temperatures below -170 ℃.

By a tight combination of cold and hot, the high purity of the gas is ensured. At the same time, we have optimized the design of gas blowing efficiency, significantly reducing the blowing time and improving efficiency while ensuring gas purity.

2. Accuracy of gas mixing ratio: Chaoxinxin is equipped with a high-precision gas flow meter for the gas mixing system. Customers only need to set the ratio, and the system will automatically intake the mixed gas. After 24 hours of continuous reliability testing, the mixture ratio did not fluctuate.

3. Safety: If there is a leak in the gas in-situ experiment, it will cause gas to enter the electron microscope chamber and damage the electron microscope. The Chaoxinxin gas mixing system is not only equipped with ultra-high precision gas flow meters to accurately control gas flow rate, but also integrates high-sensitivity gas pressure sensors to monitor gas pressure. In the event of gas leakage, the gas supply is cut off and external air backflow is prevented. All of these aspects provide redundant safety design for gas in-situ testing.

optimization and upgrading

Although achieving the above three points is not easy for high-precision mixing systems, it is far from cool enough for us. For this purpose, we have optimized and upgraded the high-precision mixing system as follows:

1. Optimize humidification function: For specific in-situ gas experiments, it is often necessary to humidify the gas. Therefore, we have optimized the humidification module and achieved flexibility and controllability, allowing customers to configure it independently.

2. New gas pressure regulation function: For specific in-situ gas experiments, it is often necessary to regulate the gas pressure of the reaction tank. Chaoxin Xin has designed a reaction tank gas pressure regulation module for this purpose, which can adjust the gas pressure of the reaction tank (<1atm) to meet the different experimental needs of customers.
