Dual light cabin outdoor thermal imager is a device that integrates infrared thermal imaging and visible light imaging, suitable for outdoor scenes such as perimeter security and industrial monitoring.
The dual light cabin outdoor thermal imager combines infrared thermal imaging and visible light imaging technologies. The infrared thermal imaging part captures the infrared radiation emitted by an object through an infrared sensor, converts it into an electrical signal, and then processes it into a thermal imaging image, reflecting the temperature distribution of the object. The visible light imaging part uses high-definition cameras to obtain normal color images, and the two are fused through image processing algorithms to provide users with more intuitive monitoring images.
Main Features
Dual light fusion monitoring: It has both infrared thermal imaging and visible light imaging functions. The visible light camera outputs full-color images during the day, and the thermal imaging component can perform image processing and temperature measurement calculations 24 hours a day, achieving uninterrupted security monitoring throughout the day.
High resolution and sensitivity: Non cooled focal plane microcalorimeter detectors are commonly used, with pixel sizes up to 17 μ m and resolutions of 640 × 480, 384 × 288, etc. The thermal sensitivity (NETD) is ≤ 50mK@25 ℃, can clearly capture temperature changes.
Large monitoring range: Infrared and visible light generally use wide-angle lenses with various focal lengths such as 5mm, 7mm, 8mm, etc., providing a wide range of monitoring capabilities.
Good protective performance: The shield material is mostly aluminum alloy, which has good waterproof and dustproof capabilities and can adapt to harsh outdoor environments.
Rich features: Supports multiple temperature measurement modes, such as point, line, polygon temperature measurement, etc., can set alarm thresholds, and also has functions such as image enhancement and color palette switching. The data interface is rich, supports network output, and facilitates data transmission and storage.
Application scenarios
Fire and security: used for monitoring factory fire sources, hazardous chemical warehouses, border security, and other scenarios. By monitoring the temperature changes in the target area in real-time, fire hazards or abnormal situations can be detected in advance, providing timely and accurate fire information for firefighters.
Heat source monitoring: suitable for heat source monitoring and quality control in industries such as electricity, petrochemicals, metallurgy, etc. By monitoring the temperature distribution on the surface of the equipment, potential faults such as overheating and heat leakage can be detected in a timely manner to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Industrial testing: used for control and maintenance of machine tool mechanical systems, safety inspection and maintenance of equipment, and other scenarios. Detecting temperature anomalies inside the equipment through infrared thermal imaging technology to assist in fault diagnosis and maintenance decision-making.
